Dexter is a seasoned global IT leader with more than two decades of senior leadership experience across consumer packaged goods, manufacturing and global technical services organizations.

His work has centered on strategic IT services, consulting solutions and operational transformation. He is known for building collaborative partnerships across business stakeholders, suppliers and IT service delivery teams.

His experience spans application development, critical infrastructure support, IT service delivery, business continuity and risk management.

As Founder and Executive Director of Opportunity Runway, Dexter focuses on connecting industry, education and workforce development to empower underrepresented early-career talent and create high-demand career pathways.
